Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons, and provide installation price estimates while keeping customers informed on progress.

Ideal candidates have service experience and a familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, with strong organization and follow-up skills. The role offers a commission-based structure with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
