Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service experience, familiarity with RV products, strong computer and research skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This role offers competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

• Initiate and process repair service requests with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
