Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Ideal candidates have RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle exposure, strong computer skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This is a full-time role based in California with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
