Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and upselling opportunities in a busy RV service environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of service experience and familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities
