Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed on work progress.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience and a familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle. Proficiency with computers and internet searches, plus strong organizational skills, are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies is essential.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
