Job summary

Camping World invites a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role requires strong organization, computer skills, and the ability to follow department procedures. A minimum of one year in service is preferred; a valid driver’s license is preferred and lifting up to 25–50 lbs with assistance may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
