Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism.
• Build trust and lasting relationships through personalized service.
• Match customer needs with the right RVs and complementary products.
• Present RV features, benefits, and lifestyle value enthusiastically.
• Manage leads using our CRM, including follow-ups with both new and returning customers.
• Follow up consistently to close the sale.
• Help customers understand the full RV journey—from vehicle selection to add-ons.
• Remove obstacles and provide support throughout buying process.
