Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote top-notch customer experiences, demonstrate RVs, and close sales in collaboration with the F&I and Sales Management teams.

California candidates should be bondable and possess a valid driver's license. In this commission-based role with uncapped commissions, top performers can earn $50,000 to $150,000+ per year, with year-end sales bonuses for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walkthrough presentations of RVs.
• Close sales effectively by coordinating with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
