Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead the sales of new and used RVs with a focus on customer experience, demonstrations, and closing deals. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and a generous compensation opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV/auto/marine/powersports or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
