Job summary

Camping World in Colton, CA is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and the potential for total annual compensation of $50,000 to $150,000 or more, with a year-end sales volume bonus for qualified performers.

Responsibilities include promoting top-notch customer experiences, conducting RV demonstrations, closing sales with F&I and management, and maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by collaborating with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
