Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business in a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance, with year-end bonuses for those who qualify.

Responsibilities include promoting a top-quality customer experience for new and used RVs, conducting demonstration rides, closing sales with F&I and management, and maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
