Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and help customers find their perfect RV. The role offers a strong earning potential with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you can choose to stay hourly or switch to a 100% commission model.

You will demonstrate RVs, present options, and close sales with the support of F&I and management teams. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, etc.) preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Valid driver's license
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
