Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

You’ll demonstrate RV features, collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close sales, and follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. The role offers base hourly pay plus commissions with potential earnings of $50,000–$150,000+ annually.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, real estate) preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.
