Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role focuses on selling new and used RVs with a top-notch customer experience, demonstrations, and strong closing skills.

You will work with F&I and Sales Management to finalize deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may continue with base + commission or switch to 100% commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales; RV, automotive or related areas preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
