Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs and conducting demonstrations.

The role includes a base hourly rate with commissions, and a choice between base-plus-commission or 100% commission after 30 days. Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, with a year-end bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.).
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
