Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top‑notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs and leading effective demonstrations and presentations.

We offer a base hourly rate with flat commissions; after 30 days you may choose to remain on the hourly plan or switch to a 100% commission plan. Total annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+ for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
