Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote top-notch customer experiences by selling new and used RVs and conducting demonstration rides.

Work with F&I and Sales Management to close sales through a high-integrity, no-pressure approach. Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll learn the ropes and then choose to stay on the current plan or move to a 100% commission model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate.
• Bondable and able to secure professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
