Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-quality customer experience. You will conduct demonstrations, coordinate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals, and maintain a customer-first approach.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option after 30 days to stay on hourly plus commission or switch to a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.)
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach
