Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

Starting with a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, after 30 days you take control of your earning potential and can choose base plus commission or 100% commission. Includes benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license.
• Ability to review inventory and enter customer information with basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate RV features and conduct walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management support.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
