Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money! Your drive determines your paycheck.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll learn the ropes; after 30 days you can stay with the hourly plan or switch to a 100% commission-based plan, with monthly pay cycles and a year-end sales bonus for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
