Job summary

Camping World seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will drive RV sales, give demonstrations, and pursue customer-focused closings with the sales team.

Compensation ranges from a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may switch to a 100% commission plan. Total annual pay can reach $50,000–$150,000 depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
