Job summary

Camping World is hiring an RV Sales Associate to drive sales of new and used RVs and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will conduct effective demonstrations and walk-throughs, close sales with F&I and Sales Management support, and maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Starting compensation includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential to switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in RVs, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate vehicles and present features effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct test rides and walkthrough presentations with customers.
• Close sales with coordination from F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
