Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive RV sales. You will promote top‑notch customer experiences and lead demonstrations, while pursuing close collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with a transition to a more aggressive plan after 30 days. Expected total annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 for qualifying performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no‑pressure, high integrity approach.
