Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business at our Eau Claire location. You will promote top-quality customer experiences, demonstrate RVs, and collaborate with F&I and Sales to close deals.

Base hourly pay plus commissions with a path to higher earnings; potential total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually. A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred, with standard benefits and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
