Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs and deliver a high quality customer experience while earning commission-based pay alongside a base rate.

Starting pay includes a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with an option to switch to 100% commission after 30 days as earnings potential expands. Great benefits and ongoing sales training available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, especially in RV, automotive, marine or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to obtain a professional sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate vehicles through rides and presentations.
• Close sales with coordination from F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
