Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Take the lead in selling new and used RVs and deliver a top-quality customer experience.

You will conduct demo rides, close sales with the team, and follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach. Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, after 30 days you choose to stay on the current plan or switch to a 100% commission model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management collaboration.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
