Camping World is hiring an RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually depending on performance and pay plan alignment.

You will promote high-quality customer experiences, conduct demonstrations, and close sales in collaboration with the F&I and Sales Management teams. A strong drive and flexible work approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, etc.).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
