Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and delight customers. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions and may transition to a 100% commission plan after 30 days.

Annual earnings often range from $50,000 to $150,000 or more, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. Take the lead in selling new and used RVs, demonstrate features, close deals with F&I and management, and maintain a no-pressure,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Proficient with basic computer/data entry and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in coordination with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
