Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to join our team. Training will cover the Desk to Deal sales process and RV products, with earnings advertised at $60K–$150K and benefits.

As a nationwide family-operated dealership with 50 locations, Campers Inn RV offers development opportunities, a comprehensive health plan for full-time staff, and a strong emphasis on customer service and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• RV sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
• Work with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
• Conduct effective demonstration of units
• Working knowledge of each product being sold
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
