Qualifications

• RV sales experience required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow the door-to-deal sales process to close RV sales.
• Demonstrate units effectively and explain product features.
• Maintain knowledge of each product sold.
• Collaborate with F&I to close deals with integrity.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Stay informed on RV market trends and inventory.
• Attend RV shows and events as needed.
• Provide accurate information and assist with financing options.
