Job summary

Blue Compass RV Mobile is seeking a Parts Advisor to help customers and service teams locate the right RV parts and accessories. You will manage inventory, process orders, and promote compatible upgrades to enhance the RV experience.

Join a fast-paced team, stay informed on latest RV models, and provide expert guidance while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying required RV parts.
• Provide expert advice on parts selection, compatibility, and installation.
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized inventory of RV parts and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate parts identification.
• Actively promote sales of RV parts and accessories.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
