Blue Compass RV is seeking a Parts Advisor to manage RV parts inventory and assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the right parts. The role emphasizes strong customer service, parts expertise, and efficient inventory control.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually with benefits and a 5-day work week. A valid driver's license is required, and familiarity with RV components is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify RV parts and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on parts selection and compatibility.
• Process orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized inventory of RV parts and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians for accurate parts IDs.
• Promote sales of RV parts and accessories and upsell where appropriate.
