Job summary

Applebrook Homes is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our RV Park, ensuring compliance, budgeting, and exceptional guest service.

You will manage staff, marketing collaborations, and reporting, while maintaining occupancy and safety, with flexibility for weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Rent Manager/Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Asset or Property Management experience; RV Park experience a plus.
• Flexible with work hours, including occasional weekends.
• Ability to walk through the park and facilities while working.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Energetic, honest, reliable with strong attendance and responsibility.
• Motivated to serve customers and deliver quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Rent Manager or able to learn quickly.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the RV Park including property, staff, buildings, and incidents.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company Home Office standards for well-maintained properties.
• Manage a property budget, keeping costs within allocated limits.
• Enforce park rules and safety procedures while promoting guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing and park regulations.
• Maintain and increase occupancy.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting.
• Perform maintenance-related duties and manage related programs.
• Attract new customers through excellent service and social media marketing.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire and train employees; coordinate with Marketing on materials.
• Keep accounts receivable low and follow the collection process.
