Position Summary

Streamside Parks is seeking experienced and driven candidates for a Park Manager position to support current and future property operations across our growing portfolio. This position is open location, as placement will be determined based on business needs and candidate fit. The Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team leadership, operational efficiency, and overall property performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily park operations, including property appearance, maintenance, amenities, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage park resources and assets, including buildings, equipment, and operational systems.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage park team members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive property environment at all times.
  • Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall park profitability.
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to support local marketing initiatives and attract new guests.
  • Prepare, manage, and analyze operational budgets and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of property management or hospitality leadership experience required.
  • Previous experience in RV parks, campgrounds, hospitality, hotel, multifamily, or resort operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and performance management.
  • Marketing, sales, and revenue growth experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other web‑based operational systems.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to relocate or travel based on operational needs preferred.
