Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Property Manager for Lynchburg RV in the Gladys, VA market. The role follows a hospitality schedule with emphasis on weekend operations during peak season.

You will oversee property resources, staff and amenities, drive occupancy through marketing collaboration, and show homes when available. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family and/or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Job description

The Property Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents, and ensures we meet our financial goals. The role would help out our seasonal campground, Lynchburg RV, located in the Gladys, VA market. This would be aligned to a hospitality schedule with weekends being crucial during our high season.

Your job will include:

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service that contributes to the positive living experience of our residents.
• Show homes when they become available.

Experience & skills you need:

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting is preferred.
