Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is seeking an RV Operations Manager for Bar Run Golf & RV Resort in Roseburg, OR. You’ll oversee reservations, housekeeping, and recreation, while leading recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling across departments.

You will ensure coverage, manage PBX operations, and support Sales with group bookings. A strong background in hospitality operations and budget awareness is essential."

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience managing operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of hotel front office, housekeeping operations and accounting procedures
• Strong working knowledge of the hotel’s property management and point of sale systems
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Financial management skills, including budget management, expense control and analysis of Profit and Loss statements
• Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivating, delegating, scheduling and relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of reservations, housekeeping, outside services, and recreation department.
• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training and scheduling applicable departments.
• Ensures adequate coverage during all operational hours.
• Operates the PBX equipment by answering calls and managing wake-up calls.
• Assists guests with reservations for lodging, dining, recreation, etc.
• Enters group bookings and VIP reservations for Sales/Marketing.
• Maintains confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Keeps accurate records of reservations and messages.
• Collaborates with team members to support operations.
