Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking an RV Resort Manager to direct operations and profitability of our resort. You will act as the day-to-day contact for guests and residents, handling administration, marketing, leasing, and home sales of new and pre-owned homes.

You will also oversee property maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Sun's customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years in property management or resort experience with supervisory duties.
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guests and residents receive the highest level of service.
• Manages rent collection, delinquencies, and eviction processes.
• Reviews residency applications and enforces resort rules.
• Oversees marketing, leasing & home sales of new and pre-owned homes.
• Coordinates team selection, budgeting, and reporting.
