Job summary
Holiday RV Village in Leesburg, FL is seeking a maintenance worker to join its maintenance team. The role covers groundskeeping, landscaping, housekeeping for model homes, and basic repairs. You will perform preventative maintenance and use various hand and power tools.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Housekeeping and landscaping experience preferred.
- Experience performing routine maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Groundskeeping and landscaping.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic minor repairs and maintenance.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mower, weed-whacker/edger, chainsaw, blower.
- Repair building components such as windows, doors, walls and painting as needed.
- Repair leaks and minor plumbing issues.
- Operate power tools such as saws, sanders, drills.
- Follow all safety procedures.
