Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech for Lake Magic RV in Clermont, Florida. The role involves a variety of upkeep tasks across our resort communities, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.

You’ll work as part of a team to uphold high maintenance standards. You will communicate with management, attend daily briefings, and assist with safety and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
• Work as a team to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.
• Maintain amenity spaces and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily tasks and vendor appointments.
• Coordinate with management and staff on special maintenance projects and safety requirements.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs promptly.
• Move heavy objects as needed and operate maintenance trucks to different locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
