Job summary

RHP Properties in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Avalon RV Resort community to perform grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and fulfill on-call duties. The role runs 40 hours per week with competitive benefits.

The position requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Applicants should have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic home repairs.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager promptly.
• maintenance of community grounds, equipment and storage areas.
• Inspect homes and common areas for safety and upkeep and address deficiencies.
• Assist with seasonal pre-maintenance tasks and snow removal as needed.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues professionally and courteously.
