Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces, grounds, and keep areas clean and safe.
• Perform light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and report maintenance concerns to management.
• Attend morning staff meetings and coordinate with team on projects.
