Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and landscaping.
• Facilities maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the resort and provide courteous service to guests.
• Maintain steady work pace with team members.
• Perform routine maintenance of buildings including repairs and painting.
• Repair leaks and minor plumbing issues; change water fixtures.
• Grounds keeping and landscaping; operate landscaping equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance; operate power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures; assist in special projects as needed.
