Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. is hiring a Resort Maintenance Technician at Grand Lake RV Resort in Florida for the seasonal, part-time schedule.

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and help keep grounds, facilities, and common areas clean and inviting for guests and residents. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and the ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in variable weather, and operate hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Maintenance experience in campground/RV resort preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Maintains resort grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Inspects irrigation, playgrounds, pool/spa areas, and other amenities for safety and condition.
• Cleans and maintains resort amenities and common areas.
• Assists with site setups for guest arrivals/departures.
• Follows safety procedures and works independently or with a team.
