Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Seffner, FL is seeking a Building and Grounds Maintenance worker. The role covers light maintenance, exterior cleaning, and upkeep of common areas and buildings, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and flooring repairs, plus basic janitorial tasks. A valid driver’s license and two years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Two years’ experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and repairs in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and flooring.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and operate equipment safely.
• Paint and touch up areas as needed and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Perform janitorial duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
