Job summary

Graceland, Inc. is seeking a part-time guest services associate for the Memphis Graceland RV Park & Campground. You will register guests, process fees, assign sites, and handle reservations while answering inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, facilitating check-in/out, and stocking the camp store. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with general clerical duties.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Computer/POS experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to communicate in person and on the telephone.
• Tact and diplomacy in guest discussions.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Superior guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Register guests under supervision.
• Collect appropriate fees.
• Assign camp sites.
• Book advance reservations.
• Answer calls and take messages.
• Maintain records of camp site assignments.
• Provide information about services, times, and local attractions.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Maintain office/camp store in a clean, safe, organized manner.
• Stock and inventory gift/grocery & parts items for retail.
• Represent the campground professionally.
• All other duties as assigned.
