Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service or front desk experience
• Previous cashiering experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service per the guest service culture
• Greet RV Park guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Confirm site readiness and space assignment prior to guest arrival
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of property features, services, space layouts, rates, and schedules
• Document and relay guest requests clearly to relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls where applicable
• Offer outstanding service to guests and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
