Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking an RV Park Desk Clerk to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and address requests with courtesy. You will work at the front desk, help create a welcoming experience, and communicate with guests in person and by phone to ensure a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has 1+ month of guest service or hospitality experience, strong communication, and comfortable use of a moderately complex computer system.

Qualifications

• 1+ month of guest service, RV, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team or group environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist arriving guests; manage check-in/check-out.
• Walk daily routes through the RV Park to ensure facilities are clean and functioning.
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide local information, and resolve issues.
• Maintain front desk area and stock; stay updated on promotions and policies.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls as applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members; perform other duties as assigned.
