Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort seeks an RV Park Associate to interact with guests, provide exceptional service, and manage front desk, park facilities, and general store duties. The role involves handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for visitors.

You will process registrations, inform guests about RV spaces, maps, promotions, and Viejas amenities, while delivering prompt, friendly service that encourages return visits and enhances the guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of cash handling experience.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of property management desirable.
• Cash register skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to adjust to and manage change effectively.
• Must be dependable, timely and have high attention to detail.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answers inquiries directly or by phone with detailed and accurate information about the RV Park.
• Provides excellent guest service to encourage return visits.
• Registers guests in the management system and processes payments.
• Provides information at check-in about RV spaces, maps, offers, and Viejas amenities.
• Drive through the park to promote safety and report concerns.
• Operates cash register, gives change, and balances cash drawer.
• Balances daily reports and reconciles accounts as needed.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and adheres to policies.
