Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair or replace components, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, while tracking parts and keeping leadership informed of progress.

The role requires hands-on trade certification or related experience, a willingness to lift up to 25–50 lbs with or without assistance, and a valid driver’s license. RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification or technical school in a trade is helpful but experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor updated on work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
