Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our expanding team. You’ll diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components, with focus on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical work. Certification support is available and prior RV service experience is valued.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely communication with supervisors, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but work experience is considered.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
